Gomini announces strategic nationwide expansion to build regenerative cow-centric ecosystems across India

Gomini, India’s first managed cow-care service platform, has unveiled an ambitious national expansion plan as it prepares to onboard 500 new urban guardians this financial year. Powered by a digital platform that enables urban Indians to adopt indigenous cows cared for by trained rural women and farmers, Gomini is responding to a sharp rise in demand for ethical, transparent and culturally rooted cow stewardship. With more than 800 guardians already on the waitlist, the company is scaling cautiously to ensure the sanctity of care remains uncompromised.

As part of its next growth phase, Gomini is forging partnerships with landowners who possess 50 acres or more to develop regenerative, cow-centric ecosystems capable of supporting 100 to 500 indigenous cows. Unlike conventional agricultural models that extract from the land, these ecosystems are designed as circular, self-sustaining hubs that transform waste into productive inputs, revive soil biology and anchor biodiversity. The model is structured around three escalating pillars of value creation: Panchgavya production to supply high-value Ayurvedic applications; natural farming systems that rebuild soil microbiomes and reduce chemical dependency; and wellness retreats that reconnect urban Indians with indigenous ecological wisdom.

“We’re not building farms. We’re building living systems,” said Dr. Arjun Sharma, Founder & CEO of Gomini. “These cow-centric ecosystems offer a regenerative alternative to extractive land practices. As interest from urban guardians surges, we are committed to growing responsibly. Onboarding only 500 guardians this year ensures every cow receives dignified care. Equally, we see rural communities—especially women’s Self-Help Groups—as the custodians of this movement. By positioning SHGs as primary caretakers, we create dignified, skilled livelihoods that strengthen village economies while honouring the cultural significance of responsible cow stewardship.”

The expansion marks a pivotal moment in Gomini’s mission to restore biodiversity, elevate rural livelihoods and safeguard India’s indigenous cattle heritage. By integrating traditional Panchgavya-based knowledge with modern traceability and digital engagement tools, the company aims to offer India a scalable blueprint for regenerative land stewardship rooted in ecological balance, rural empowerment and cultural continuity.

Headquartered in Bihar, Gomini envisions a future where India transitions toward organic, cow-based agriculture one village at a time. Its platform invites individuals to participate in a movement that blends heritage with technology—fostering prosperity, purity and purpose while catalysing a new era of sustainable living across the country.
