Crystal Crop Protection Limited, India’s leading research-led agrochemical company, today announced a strategic leadership transition aimed at strengthening the organization for its next era of growth, innovation and global relevance.

Nand Kishor Aggarwal, Founder, Crystal Crop Protection who has steered the company and the group since its inception over the last four decades, has now been conferred the title, “Chairman Emeritus”. A true leader, visionary and mentor, this is a recognition of Nand Kishor Aggarwal’s exceptional contributions and visionary leadership.

Over the last four decades, Nand Kishor Aggarwal has played a pivotal role in strengthening Crystal Crop Protection’s core values – Family, Integrity, Trust, Entrepreneurship, Customer Centricity and Sustainability.

In his new role as “Chairman Emeritus”, he will continue to provide strategic counsel while devoting greater focus to philanthropic initiatives across education, livelihoods and sustainable development.

Ankur Aggarwal who has been the Managing Director of Crystal Crop Protection will now assume an expanded role as “Executive Chairman and Managing Director” (CMD).
