VST records robust November performance with 5,166 units sold, driven by power tiller surge

VST Tillers & Tractors capped November 2025 with strong momentum, reporting total sales of 5,166 units—more than double the 2,251 units sold in November last year. The performance marks a sharp 129.5 percent year-on-year expansion and reflects rising demand across both small-farm mechanisation and compact tractor segments.

Power tillers remained the company’s standout growth engine. Sales reached 4,676 units in November, up from 1,904 units a year earlier, a surge of 145.6 percent. Tractors also delivered a solid performance, with monthly sales rising 41.2 percent to 490 units compared with 347 units in November 2024.

The strong monthly uptick builds on VST’s steady year-to-date progress. Between April and November 2025, total sales climbed to 37,235 units, up 51.1 percent from 24,638 units in the same period last year. Power tillers accounted for much of this expansion, with YTD sales reaching 33,582 units, a 59.8 percent rise over last year’s 21,012 units. Tractor sales maintained stable momentum, inching up to 3,653 units compared with 3,626 units a year earlier.

The company’s consistent performance reflects the deepening adoption of mechanisation among small and marginal farmers, the growing appeal of compact, fuel-efficient machines, and wider institutional support for farm productivity tools. With demand for both power tillers and small-horsepower tractors holding firm across markets, VST enters the final quarter of the financial year with strengthened market positioning and a broader growth runway.
