ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Hyderabad, has been awarded the First Prize at the prestigious International Agriculture Horticulture and Organic Expo 2025, held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from June 21–23, 2025. The recognition was conferred for ICAR-NAARM’s outstanding contributions and sustained excellence in training, learning, and capacity building in the agricultural sector.
The award was presented by Harsh Malhotra, Minister of State for Corporate Affairs and Road Transport & Highways, and was received by scientists from ICAR-NAARM.
The Academy’s participation in the expo was spearheaded under the leadership of Dr. Gopal Lal, Director, ICAR-NAARM along with senior officials from the institute.
ICAR-NAARM showcased a wide array of its initiatives at the event, including innovations and achievements in capacity building, academic programmes, research and policy advocacy, and agribusiness incubation. The Academy’s efforts were widely appreciated by stakeholders and visitors alike.
The expo witnessed participation from over 100 organizations, including central and state government agencies committed to agricultural development.
