Kubota Tractor Corporation has launched the Grand L70 Series, marking the latest evolution of its flagship compact tractor line designed for residential and commercial operators. The series, available in deluxe, premium, and cold-weather models, integrates advanced technology, enhanced operator comfort, and high-performance powertrains to meet the demands of modern farms, ranches, and small-scale commercial operations.
At the heart of the Grand L70 Series is the Intelligent Hydrostatic Transmission (iHST), which offers six speed ranges across three adjustable pedal sensitivities and pre-programmed drive modes for road, snow, loader, and cutter operations. The tractors feature a multi-function loader joystick and a digital K-Command Display with Bluetooth connectivity, hands-free operation, and customizable performance settings. A digital stall guard monitors engine load in real time, maintaining productivity while preventing stalling during high-demand tasks.
The new Kubota ProCab elevates operator experience with a four-post design, rounded glass, climate control, remote start, heated glass, and optional heated swivel seats. The cab ensures clear sightlines, comfort, and productivity year-round, whether performing loader work, snow removal, or other field tasks.
The Grand L70 Series is powered by Kubota diesel engines ranging from 37 to 60 hp, featuring electronically controlled common-rail fuel injection and three- or four-cylinder configurations. The premium model includes a turbocharged engine for higher output, while the deluxe model provides naturally aspirated performance suitable for a wide range of applications.
Operators benefit from seamless integration with performance-matched backhoes and loaders, offering lift capacities up to 3,029 pounds and digging depths exceeding nine feet. Optional mechanical self-leveling loaders and rapid attach/detach systems further enhance efficiency in material handling and land management tasks.
The Grand L70 Series represents Kubota’s commitment to technology-driven productivity, operator comfort, and versatility, reinforcing its position as the leading compact tractor provider in the U.S.. By blending advanced transmission systems, ergonomic design, and robust power options, Kubota positions the Grand L70 as a benchmark for modern small-scale farming and ranch operations.
