Garware Technical Fibres Limited , a leading manufacturer of technical textiles for the fisheries, aquaculture, and industrial sectors, today announced the successful completion of its previously disclosed acquisition of Offshore & Trawl Supply AS (OTS) and Advanced Mooring Supply AS (AMS), both headquartered in Norway.

The acquisition was executed through Garware Technical Fibres UK Pvt. Ltd. (GTF UK), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. As of July 7, 2025, all customary closing conditions and adjustments have been fulfilled, making OTS and AMS wholly owned subsidiaries of GTF UK and, by extension, step-down wholly owned subsidiaries of Garware Technical Fibres Limited.

This strategic acquisition is expected to strengthen Garware’s global footprint in the offshore and aquaculture solutions space, enhance its market access in the Nordic region, and unlock synergies in innovation, customer reach, and marine technology.

OTS and AMS bring a strong legacy in supplying specialized equipment and technical solutions for the offshore, trawling, and aquaculture industries. Their integration into the Garware ecosystem is anticipated to accelerate global growth initiatives and improve service capabilities for customers across key maritime markets.
