In Q4 FY25, Meghmani Organics reported revenue from operations of Rs 502.1 crore, marking a 26 per cent year-on-year increase, driven by a stronger product mix across both business segments. EBITDA surged to Rs 64.6 crore, a significant rise from ₹10.1 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year
Meghmani Organics Limited has reported strong financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2025, driven by improved product mix and operational efficiencies across its Crop Protection and Pigments segments. In Q4 FY25, the company’s revenue from operations rose 26 per cent YoY to Rs 502.1 crore, while EBITDA surged to Rs 64.6 crore, up sharply from Rs 10.1 crore in the same period last year.
The Crop Protection segment led the growth, with revenue increasing 34 per cent YoY to Rs 369.7 crore, and EBITDA jumping 343 per cent YoY to Rs 61.4 crore. The Pigments segment contributed Rs 132.4 crore in revenue, a 6 per cent YoY rise, while EBITDA climbed 137 per cent YoY to Rs 8.2 crore. For the full fiscal year FY25, Meghmani Organics posted Rs 2,003.9 crore in revenue, a 30 per cent YoY increase compared to Rs 1,539.9 crore in FY24. EBITDA for the year stood at Rs 180.4 crore, significantly higher than Rs 9.5 crore in the previous year.
The Crop Protection segment contributed approximately 72 per cent to the total revenue, delivering Rs 1,450.6 crore in revenue (up 34 per cent YoY) and Rs 177.2 crore in EBITDA (up 301 per cent YoY). The segment achieved 76 per cent capacity utilisation, with production reaching 41,892 MT, a 14 per cent YoY increase.
The Pigments segment accounted for around 28 per cent of total revenue, reporting Rs 553.3 crore in revenue (up 20 per cent YoY). It turned around from a negative EBITDA of Rs 6.6 crore in FY24 to a positive Rs 26.9 crore in FY25. Capacity utilisation for the segment stood at 46 per cent, with production rising 11 per cent YoY to 15,237 MT.
Mr. Ankit Patel, Chairman & Managing Director of Meghmani Organics, highlighted the company’s turnaround:
“Starting from the second quarter, both segments experienced strong volume growth, supported by our focus on enhancing the product mix. This strategy significantly boosted our revenue and profitability for FY25.” He further added: “We delivered 30 per cent YoY growth in revenue, reaching Rs 2,003.9 crore, and achieved a remarkable turnaround in profitability with a Profit After Tax of Rs 66.4 crore, compared to a loss of Rs 56.6 crore in the previous year.”
Mr. Patel also noted the company’s progress in the Crop Nutrition segment, which achieved self-sufficiency in FY25. Meghmani Organics plans to intensify field demonstrations showcasing the benefits of Meghmani Nano Urea, and aims to introduce 2 to 3 new products in FY26 to further strengthen its market presence.
