The 2025 Case IH Magnum tractors come with upgrades to power, transmissions, and hydraulics, allowing users to accomplish more with each pass while optimizing efficiency. Enhancements in connectivity and precision technology boost productivity, offering features like remote monitoring and real-time record-keeping
Magnum tractors offer a choice between a 21F/5R PowerDrive full powershift transmission or Case IH’s continuously-variable CVXDrive transmission. The Magnum 385 and 405 models are also available in a Rowtrac configuration, featuring rear track units.
The PowerDrive full powershift has been enhanced with a brake-to-clutch feature that disengages the transmission when the brake pedals are pressed, improving stopping safety and allowing for more precise movements when maneuvering or attaching implements. Upon releasing the brakes, the tractor returns to its previous speed, and operators can choose from three settings for brake force and tractor deceleration, bringing CVT-like ease of use and functionality to the full powershift transmission.
Further improvements to the Automatic Productivity Management feature allow operators to fine-tune tractor settings based on personal preferences and working conditions. Using the Case IH Pro 1200 display, operators can adjust acceleration rates, make 15 per cent speed changes to the target speed, and modify upshift sensitivity and aggressiveness. Additionally, a new aggressiveness button on the armrest helps tailor the tractor’s performance to specific tasks. Operators can now easily switch between field and road modes for quicker adjustments between travel and fieldwork. New horizontally-mounted electrohydraulic remote valve assemblies enhance reliability, improve hydraulic power, and ensure better oil retention. The relocated power beyond fitting offers easier access, while new 0.5-inch and 0.75-inch pressure relief lever-assisted couplers simplify hydraulic pipe connections and disconnections. Self-closing color-coded coupler doors with matching decals safeguard each coupler and ensure correct connections. A second hydraulic return port for low-pressure applications is available as a dealer-installed accessory.
The optional front hitch now includes mid-mount valves with a higher-performing valve slice, providing a 20 per cent increase in maximum pressure-side flow (120 l/min) for improved lift performance. Additionally, a new dual-line hydraulic trailer brake system ensures smoother braking and greater stopping power and comfort compared to traditional single-line systems.
Like other Case IH models, Magnum tractors are now offered with three technology packages, allowing customers to choose the option that best suits their needs.
Magnum tractors also come equipped with AccuSync, enabling multiple machines to connect within a field and share data such as A-B lines and coverage maps.
The latest Case IH Pro 1200 display is available in a dual format for applications that require two screens. The large, bright display reduces glare in all lighting conditions and can be remotely accessed by both the owner and dealer for monitoring, operational support, and service assistance.
All new Magnum tractors come with Connectivity Included, unlocking the full potential of the machine through connected services and FieldOps for the lifetime of the modem—without any recurring subscription fees. Furthermore, when linked to a customer account, new Magnum models allow eligible existing machines to be upgraded to Connectivity Included at no additional cost*. With FieldOps, the comprehensive data management app and web platform, customers receive near real-time access to both their machine and agronomic data. This enhances monitoring, planning, and evaluation, optimizes workflows, and boosts efficiency.
