He has a career spanning more than 37 years
The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers has appointed Milind Madhukar Deo as Director – Technical of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL). Before this, he was Executive Director – Coordination, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers.
He joined the company in July 1984 as a Management Trainee. In his long career spanning more than 37 years, he has worked in various capacities in ammonia and urea plants, complex fertiliser plants, group of chemical plants, steam generation plants, methanol and nitric acid plants, product handling plant, technical services, health, safety and environment management, energy management and coordination of performance improvement schemes.
Deo is a Bachelor of Chemical Engineer from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai (earlier known as UDCT, Mumbai) from the 1984 batch.
