AgroStar (ULink AgriTech Private Limited) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Miyabi AgroScience Services at its Pune headquarters to collaborate on product evaluation, agronomic validation, and field research activities across India.

The three-year strategic partnership will focus on conducting scientifically robust field trials, demonstration studies, and agronomic validation programs for a wide range of crop care and crop management solutions under diverse Indian farming conditions.

The collaboration will cover evaluation of biologicals, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, biostimulants, and plant nutrition products across multiple crops and agro-climatic regions. Through this partnership, both organizations aim to strengthen field-based agricultural research and generate reliable agronomic insights that can support product development, farmer adoption, and sustainable crop management practices.

Miyabi AgroScience Services, recognized as one of India’s emerging agricultural Contract Research Organizations (CROs), brings strong expertise in high-quality field evaluation, bio-efficacy studies, agronomic validation, and multi-location trial execution. Backed by a highly qualified scientific team with extensive experience in Indian agriculture, Miyabi has been actively supporting agrochemical and agri-input companies in generating scientifically reliable, unbiased, and trustworthy data for product development and regulatory decision-making.

Under the MoU, AgroStar and Miyabi will jointly develop and strengthen robust evaluation frameworks, field validation protocols, and agronomic research methodologies through integrated technical expertise and scientific collaboration. The partnership aims to generate credible field-level data under real farming conditions, enabling agri-input companies to make more informed product development and commercialization decisions.

Speaking on the occasion, Faraz Hussain, Vice President – Crop Care & Farm Implements at AgroStar, said the collaboration reflects AgroStar’s continued commitment towards strengthening science-led agronomic evaluation and field validation capabilities in India.
