Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited (TAFE) has strengthened its farm innovation network with the launch of its third adaptive research facility, JFarm Rajasthan, signaling a deeper push into region-specific agricultural solutions. The new centre builds on TAFE’s legacy JFarm model, first established in Chennai, and reflects a broader strategy to localise agronomic research and mechanisation for diverse Indian farming conditions.

Positioned in Bhawani Mandi, the facility is designed as a hands-on knowledge hub, offering real-time demonstrations in crop production, protection, and processing, alongside mechanisation technologies tailored to local needs. The move comes as farm productivity and sustainability increasingly hinge on the adoption of integrated, data-informed practices at the grassroots level.

The Rajasthan centre also underscores TAFE’s evolving CSR approach, shifting from outreach to capability-building by enabling farmers to directly engage with modern agronomic techniques and equipment.
