In a move set to redefine on-farm water management, Treetoscope, an innovator in precision irrigation, has announced a multi-year strategic partnership with Nutrien Ag Solutions, the world’s largest provider of crop inputs and services. The collaboration aims to integrate Treetoscope’s plant-based sensing technology into Nutrien’s expansive agronomic and digital service offerings across the Americas.
This groundbreaking alliance will enable farmers to make real-time, plant-level irrigation decisions using AI-powered water insights, improving yield potential while conserving natural resources. By directly measuring a plant’s actual water uptake through micro-scale sap flow sensors, Treetoscope offers a uniquely accurate view into crop water needs—going far beyond traditional soil- or weather-based irrigation models.

With deployment planned across key U.S. and Latin American growing regions, the partnership will integrate Treetoscope’s sensing and analytics tools directly with Nutrien’s agronomic advisory services, delivering a seamless on-farm experience.
