IIL Foundation proudly commits to plant 10,000 trees in Nagar Van, Bhiwadi, under Van Mahotsav Hariyalo Rajasthan, initiative by the Government of Rajasthan.

The inauguration was led by the Chief Guest, Shivangi Swarnkar, District Incharge Secretary and MD of RIICO, in the esteemed presence of Kishore Kumar, District Collector; Atul Prakash, CEO of BIDA; Prashant Kiran, Police Commissioner; and several other government officials by planting a tree. The event was further graced by Sanskar Aggarwal, from the leadership team of IIL, including Dr. Mukesh, Koteshwara Rao, Ajay Bhavsar, Shishir Chandra, and other officials from the IIL corporate office & Rajasthan manufacturing Units. This initiative signifies our collective commitment to environmental sustainability and a greener Rajasthan.

Mr. Sanskar Aggarwal from Insecticides (India) Ltd., said, “As a responsible crop protection and nutrition company working in the field of agriculture, we understand the urgent need to increasing the clean air & oxygen, especially in the industrial zones. Through this initiative, we are not just planting trees, we are creating a natural oxygen bank and a long-term carbon sink that will positively impact both the environment and public health. It’s a proud moment to contribute meaningfully to the restoration of green cover. We are grateful to the Ministry and our partners for supporting this shared vision of a greener future.”

Added Dr. Mukesh Kumar, VP from Insecticides (India) Limited, who looks after the project “The trees planted by IIL are expected to significantly improve local air quality, act as carbon absorbers, and provide long-term ecological benefits to the region.” This latest initiative builds on IIL’s continued commitment to environmental stewardship. Last year, through IIL Foundation, the company established an oxygen bank at Chopanki, developing a mini forest with approximately 4,000 plants. Over time, the site has transformed into a peaceful green haven for the local community, serving as a space where residents can connect with nature through walking, meditation, and yoga.

By integrating environmental action into its core values, Insecticides India Ltd. continues to reaffirm its commitment to sustainable growth and a cleaner, healthier India.
