It activates different biological soil processes and unlocks essential micro and macronutrients

Seipasa, the Spanish company specialised in the development and formulation of biopesticides, biostimulants and fertilizers for agriculture has presented Radisei, a new root biostimulant registered with the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, which initially is intended for almond trees, vines, table grapes, fruit trees, olive trees, blueberries, banana trees, citrus fruits, tropical fruits and kiwis.

Radisei is designed to achieve maximum plant power, based on a specific formulation that includes Seipasa’s exclusive SEIBS23 strain of Bacillus subtilis. It is a biostimulant that activates different biological soil processes; it unlocks essential micro and macronutrients and enhances root system development, aiding crops at the start and ensuring a high-quality end production.

Radisei acts on plant roots, generating a biofilm with a high exchange capacity over the whole of their surface. It helps produce greater root mass and absorbent hairs while also activating biological processes in the soil.

In the words of Javier Nácher, Seipasa’s Chief Technical Officer, “Radisei has been possible thanks to the integration of various natural technologies in the same formula. The high quality of the organic matrix promotes intense root biostimulation while also ensuring the embedding and viability of microorganisms”

Exclusive strain of Bacillus subtilis

Javier Nácher goes on to add that “the product’s exclusive strain of “Bacillus subtilis” guarantees its integration with crops, establishing a favourable and stimulating ecological niche with proven reported benefits in the proliferation of roots and absorbent hairs. All of this improves the efficiency of nutrient absorption by plants and makes the elements locked in the soil readily available to crops”.

Juan Manuel López, Seipasa’s Marketing director explains that Radisei has been launched as a new tool, developed and marketed under the company’s Natural Technology brand. “Radisei incorporates the invaluable knowledge built up by our R+D+I department regarding the action of microorganisms on plants. Our own exclusive strain of Bacillus Subtilis, developed entirely at Seipasa, together with the balanced formula of the product, guarantees the maximum effectiveness and performance of Radisei in field conditions”.
