AVPL International has expanded its national rural drone mission into Uttar Pradesh, partnering with the State Government to roll out Drone Planet Suvidha Kendras across villages. The initiative forms part of the CM Yuva Udhami Yojana, under which selected youth will receive training, drones, and a structured business plan to launch viable drone-led microenterprises.
The collaboration deepens AVPL’s national footprint. The company already operates in 16 States through 70 Centres of Excellence; with Uttar Pradesh onboarding, AVPL accelerates its ambition to seed “a drone entrepreneur in every village” and scale precision technology adoption in agriculture. Ground deployment of the new centres is set to begin shortly.
The Drone Planet Suvidha Kendra model is designed for rapid replication across India. Each centre will provide drone spraying and precision farming services, certification and training for rural youth and women, digital agronomy and advisory support, last-mile agri-retail, and diversified income opportunities.
By anchoring entrepreneurship at the village level, the programme aims to improve farm productivity, reduce input-intensive practices, and enable safer, sustainable agricultural operations. For Uttar Pradesh’s rural economy, the initiative positions drone services as a new pillar of local enterprise, tech-driven agriculture, and rural employment generation.
AVPL sees the Uttar Pradesh partnership as a major step toward creating an integrated rural drone ecosystem—one that links precision agriculture, advisory platforms, and agri-retail into a scalable, village-ready model.
