GoCarin, a fast-growing livestock management startup, announced the establishment of a state-of-the-art cattle feed manufacturing facility in Balasore, Odisha. Set to become the largest such facility in the state, the plant is scheduled to be fully operational by November 2025.
The new facility will focus on developing sustainable feed formulations and will be fully automated, incorporating advanced Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to ensure precision and efficiency in production. The company has acquired one acre of land for the project through support from the Odisha government.
The Balasore facility marks a strategic expansion for GoCarin, which currently operates a smaller feed plant in Bardhaman, West Bengal. With the existing unit running at full capacity, the new plant will significantly enhance the company’s production capabilities and support its growing customer base across eastern India.
The Bardhaman unit will continue operations in parallel with the new Balasore plant.
GoCarin remains committed to delivering high-quality, tech-enabled livestock solutions that promote productivity, sustainability, and rural economic development.
