New Nashik plant to lift production by 50 per cent as micro-irrigation maker scales up for infrastructure and water projects
RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems is stepping up its manufacturing footprint with plans to set up a new facility in Maharashtra, underscoring rising demand across irrigation, infrastructure, and industrial piping segments.
The company’s board has approved the establishment of a 12,000-tonne-per-annum manufacturing plant at Sinnar in Nashik district. The unit will be developed through a proposed wholly owned subsidiary, Brahmanand Pipes Pvt Ltd, according to a company statement.
Once operational, the facility is expected to increase RM Drip’s overall production capacity by around 50 per cent, strengthening its ability to service growing order inflows from both government and private-sector projects.
The new plant will manufacture high-speed drip irrigation systems, HDPE pipes for water supply and irrigation projects, drainage and sewerage pipelines, telecom pipes and ducts, as well as a range of industrial piping solutions.
The expansion is aimed at improving asset utilisation and operating leverage while positioning the company for sustained growth across multiple verticals, including agriculture, infrastructure, and industrial applications.
Founded in 2004, RM Drip and Sprinklers Systems is engaged in the manufacture of micro-irrigation systems and components, offering end-to-end solutions spanning design, manufacturing, and installation. The company has built a distribution network across several states, including Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, and Uttar Pradesh, as it continues to scale its presence in India’s water management and irrigation markets.
