Superform Chemistries Limited, formerly known as UPL Specialty Chemicals, has secured the ISCC PLUS certification for its manufacturing facilities in Dahej and Jhagadia, Gujarat—a major milestone in the company’s push toward sustainable and traceable specialty chemical production.

The certification applies to a wide portfolio of chlor alkali, phosphorous, sulphur, cyanide, and phosgene-based chemistries, all manufactured using renewable energy-based feedstocks. Certified products include high-demand industrial inputs like caustic soda, phosphorous trichloride, sodium cyanide, and phenyl isocyanate, among others.

This achievement not only reinforces Superform’s brand repositioning and ESG narrative, but also aligns the company with global benchmarks for carbon footprint monitoring, circular feedstocks, and traceable supply chains—elements increasingly demanded by global customers and regulators alike.
