Global agribusiness leader Cargill is reinforcing its commitment to Mindanao with a strategic partnership with Biotech Farms to boost feed production at the Biotech Agro-Industrial Complex in Tantangan, South Cotabato. The collaboration marks a significant step in Cargill’s ongoing investment in one of the Philippines’ most vital agricultural regions, aimed at delivering faster, more reliable, and high-quality feed solutions to animal producers across Mindanao.
The new partnership involves the establishment of a dedicated production line at Biotech’s state-of-the-art feed mill, allowing Cargill to enhance its service capacity and operational footprint in a region central to the future of Philippine agriculture. With Mindanao home to a rapidly growing base of animal farmers and agribusinesses, the collaboration is designed to meet surging demand for customized, safe, and performance-driven feed nutrition.

Selected through a rigorous evaluation process aligned with Cargill’s global standards in food and feed safety, the Tantangan facility offers modern milling technology and a high-performance production environment. The plant now features a dedicated monthly feed output tailored to regional needs, reinforcing Cargill’s supply chain resilience and its ability to deliver scalable, sustainable nutrition solutions.
