Training will be imparted in education and other knowledge-based activities

The ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Hyderabad recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management (VAMNICOM), Pune, Maharashtra (A Grant-in-Aid Institution under the Department of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers’ Welfare, Ministry of Agricultural & Farmers’ Welfare.

Dr Ch Srinivasa Rao, Director, ICAR-NAARM and Dr Hema Yadav, Director, VAMNICOM signed the MoU on the behalf of their organisations.

Dr Rao and Dr Yadav stated that the MoU will create opportunities to develop the programmes for cooperation in training, education and other knowledge-based activities based on reciprocity and mutual benefits.

Dr G Venkateshwarlu, Joint Director, ICAR-NAARM outlined that the MoU provides an overarching framework for collaboration in various areas like training programmes, education, research and projects, exchange of information and expertise of mutual interests.
